Located behind Brindavan Gardens this 22 acres plot adjoining the lake was
conceptualised as a residential centre for learning with an emphasis on Sports.
A central spine with semi open spaces flanked by classrooms on either side with the
Library and the Dining hall forming the two functional and interaction core.Artist's studio
overlooking the lake, an Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts and indoor gymnasium
were some of the facilities envisioned.
